With your brief, we go to market. Lance Trade activates its supplier network, vets candidates against your specs, and requests quotations using standardized information packages — no back-and-forth, no lost time.

Validation

We verify before you commit.

Samples, factory visits, quality audits. We are on the ground so you don't have to be. If something is wrong, we catch it here — not after production.

Production

We stay on the factory floor.

Once production starts, we monitor it. Timeline adherence, quality consistency, documentation. You track progress through the client portal. We handle the problems before you know they exist.

Logistics

We move it. All of it.

SPL handles freight, customs clearance, import documentation, and delivery coordination. We give you transparent cost breakdowns upfront — no surprise charges at the port.

Beyond

Most clients don't stop at one project.

Once the infrastructure is in place, subsequent projects move faster. Some clients expand into Chinese market entry, JV agreements, or co-investment with factory partners. We handle that too — through the same single point of contact.
